T-shirt Design Contest

Are you a budding or established artist? Here's your chance to showcase your talent and reach a broad audience while making a GIANT impact for the Japanese giant salamander. Help Sustainable Daisen and Brave Wilderness on their mission to raise awareness about this incredible species.

First, here’s the serious stuff! The T-shirt contest entries will be accepted from October 1, 2024, through November 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. The winning design T-shirt will be available for purchase on a limited-time basis.

1. Applicants will submit their designs below or email their entry to info@sustainabledaisen.org according to the guidelines. Completed entries will include the design and completion of reading the “Terms and Waiver” as an attachment. Submission or email file size must be less than 5MB. The subject line of the email must be “T-shirt Design Contest Submission”.

2. The design will incorporate the Japanese giant salamander as its primary focus. Preferred elements include conservation and themes relating to both Sustainable Daisen and Brave Wilderness.

3. We can only accept *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png design formats.

4. Design image resolution must be at least 150 ppi.

5. The maximum dimensional size of the design must be 10”x12” (25cm x 30cm). Any design exceeding these bounds will be scaled to fit. The design may be scaled down to fit the overall look of the t-shirt.

6. The design will be on the back of the T-shirt. These shirts will be available for purchase for a limited time.
